June is National Fresh Fruits and Veggies Month.

As the peak season for many early garden crops find their way into markets, it’s an excellent time to take advantage of these freshly picked fruits and vegetables.

June 3rd is National Egg Day! From Humpty Dumpty to Easter eggs, it is no doubt that we humans are obsessed with eggs. Why? Some of the world’s greatest mysteries are also surrounding eggs, like: ‘Which came first, the chicken or the egg?’ How do you like your eggs?

June 4th is National Cheese Day!
This day is observed to celebrate the taste and versatile of the queen of dairy products. Cheese is prepared from the milk’s pressed curd (milk of the cow, buffaloes, sheep, or goats). Cheese can be added to most of the snacks you prepared, like you can add cheese in the soup, pasta, soufflé, etc. Also, cheese can be added to burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, desserts (cheesecakes), and many other recipes. What kind of cheese do you like? Is there a vegetable you won’t eat without cheese?

Hydration is happiness 😀

Water helps with allergies, helps with a running nose, helps with dry lips, the list goes on and on. If you’re not a fan of water then maybe you add a sweetener to it like lemonade, but keep drinking.
